Every successful business starts with a vision, including ours. Owner Michael Gilhooley founded Business Equipment Solutions Technologies, Inc. (DBA: BEST Service Inc.) in 2000, with a vision of being the premier printer repair service in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Prior to establishing BEST Service Inc., Mike was a senior service engineer with Moore Business Forms.

During his nearly 20-year tenure with Moore, Mike was involved in the development of pressure seal technology. He later moved to the pressure-sensitive division, specializing in label applicator automation. After working with business leaders from small to Fortune 500 companies, Mike realized there was a need in the marketplace for knowledgeable business consultants.
